Every year, during the close of the MIGF, the Chefs’ Charity Auction takes place. The Chefs’ Charity Auction is a noble endeavour by the Festival Master Chefs and Festival Restaurants, who donate their time and resources for deserving charitable causes. The Master Chefs are ‘auctioned off’ to the highest bidders, who get to dine on the exciting Festival Menu prepared by the Master Chefs, all for a wonderful cause.
